Що таке кандидоз і чому він виникає

What is candidiasis and why does it occur?

Candidiasis and fungal infections are problems that most people face at least once in their lives. They can manifest locally or systemically, recur after treatment, mimic other conditions, and significantly reduce quality of life. To truly overcome a fungal infection, it is important to understand its nature, causes, and act comprehensively — not just "suppress symptoms," but restore the body's balance.

Candidiasis is caused by yeast-like fungi of the genus Candida, which normally can be part of the microflora of the intestines, oral cavity, skin, and mucous membranes. The problem begins when the balance is disturbed: the fungus starts to multiply actively and escapes immune system control.

The most common causes of candidiasis and fungal infections:

  • prolonged or uncontrolled use of antibiotics;

  • reduced immunity (stress, chronic fatigue, illnesses);

  • excessive consumption of sugar and fast carbohydrates;

  • hormonal fluctuations;

  • acid-base balance disorders;

  • chronic inflammatory processes in the body.

Fungal infections rarely occur "out of nowhere" — usually, this is a signal that internal systems need attention.

Symptoms that should not be ignored

Manifestations of candidiasis can vary depending on the location, but most often they are:

  • itching, burning, redness;

  • whitish or cheesy discharge;

  • digestive discomfort, bloating;

  • increased fatigue;

  • frequent infection relapses.

It is important to remember: even if symptoms disappear after local treatment, it does not always mean the cause has been eliminated.

A comprehensive approach is the key to success

Effective fight against candidiasis and fungal infections always involves several directions.

Diet correction

Fungi "love" sugar. Therefore, the first step is to limit: sweets, baked goods, alcohol;
products made from white flour; excess yeast products.

The diet should be enriched with vegetables, greens; protein; and products that support the microflora.

Immune restoration

Strong immunity is the main natural defense against fungal infections. Adequate sleep, stress reduction, moderate physical activity, and internal body support play a key role.

Normalization of acid-base balance

A shift in pH toward acidity creates an ideal environment for fungal growth. Therefore, it is important not only to eliminate the infection but also to restore the body's internal balance.

This is where phytopreparations come into play, acting gently, systemically, and without overloading the body. One such remedy is Albican.

Albican is a unique phytopreparation specially designed to effectively help people suffering from candidiasis and fungal infections. It is used as an additional remedy in a comprehensive program aimed at relieving candidiasis symptoms; suppressing chronic fungal infection foci; and normalizing the body's acid-base balance.

Thanks to its phytocomposition, Albican works gently, supporting the natural defense mechanisms and helping the body independently regain control over the microflora.

Why prevention is important, not just treatment

One of the most common mistakes is stopping any support immediately after symptoms disappear. Fungal infections often have a chronic nature and therefore require a complete course of support, stabilization of the internal environment, and strengthening of the immune response.

Prevention helps reduce the risk of relapses, especially after stress, illness, or antibiotic use.

Fighting candidiasis and fungal infections is not a one-time action but a strategy. It includes mindful nutrition, immune care, restoring the body's balance, and proper phytosupport. Only a comprehensive approach allows not just temporary relief from symptoms but also restores the body's resilience and comfort.
